Introduction of air-cooled chiller

The chiller is a refrigeration equipment composed of three major systems: refrigeration system, water recycling system, and electrical system. 

The core system is refrigeration. 

Refrigeration system is mainly composed of compressor, evaporator, condenser, and expansion valve. 

Water recycling system is mainly composed of water pump, pipelines and related valve components. 

Electrical system is mainly composed of temperature controller and electrical components. This chiller has fin-type condensers that dissipate heat to 

surrounding through one or more external rotor fans.

Air-cooling chiller advantages: It consolidates refrigeration system, water pump, water tank, and control system all together. With power and water

connection, Clients can easily install it on site. The DIY installation is quite easy.

1, The temperature control system adopts a microcomputer controller with a simple and generous interface, intuitive and easy operation, and various 

operating indication conditions are clear at a glance. The wide temperature range is 5℃～35℃ and can be adjusted.

2, The compressor uses internationally famouse brands such as Danfoss from Denmark, Sanyo from Japan, Daikin, Copeland from

USA, etc. All these are reliable guarantee for machine operation.

3, The core refrigeration accessories use international brand such as Danfoss from Denmark, Emerson from USA and excellent domestic suppliers.

4, The evaporator uses 304 series material, stainless steel water tank, coil evaporator. Also stainless steel plate evaporator/shell and tube evaporator are

available.

5, The piping system can be customized into galvanized pipe, plastic pipe, stainless steel or other material, meeting various needs.

6, The fluid equipment uses well-known domestic brands, such as: Hangzhou Nanfang, Grundfos from Denmark, Wilo from Germany, Hangzhou Xinjie, or

imported water pumps or special customization per client requirement.

7, The electrical components use international famous vendors, such as LS Schneider Siemens Omron, etc.

8, It integrates cooling system, water recycling pump, chilled water pump, water tank, etc. It is easy to move, and easily turning on/off. It is suitable for 

scenarios where water is short or mobile occasion.

9, Intelligent control system on water temperature, high temperature alarm, water flow and fault signal alarm. Customized remote control is available.
